A
nti-stat Application System for Filament Fiberglass. Delivers a metered stream of anti-stat to each of 2 to 4 winders in continuous operation. The unit is automated to switch each individual stream to recycle when the threadline breaks or when the winder stops.

Capacity: 1 MI. to 12 MI / Minute Per Stream.
Accuracy: Plus or Minus 2% of Target.

ACCU-OIL Metering Pumps:

  • Have up to 36 individual streams per pump.
  • Have a delivery from stream to stream which is accurate within + 2% of target or less.
  • Have the capability to develop pressures up to 60 P.S.I. depending on the metering tube being used. However, the pumps are not recommended for continuous operation at such high pressures.
  • Are suited for metering shear sensitive chemicals.
  • Are compatible with most spinfinish emulsions, solutions or plain water.
  • Are available in corrosion resistant models.
  • Work by peristaltic action so that the liquid, which is being pumped, does not come in contact with the metal components of the pump.
  • Have a patented design, which delivers a smoother, more consistent flow to each of the multiple streams.
